A 14TH HOTEL UNDER MANAGEMENT FOR MADEHO

MADEHO continues its development with the acquisition and management of Hotel Idol, a 4-star property with 32 rooms located in the immediate vicinity of Saint-Lazare train station, in Paris’ 8th arrondissement.
This transaction is carried out on behalf of private investors, with the support of Banque Populaire Occitane. It fully aligns with MADEHO’s growth strategy, focused on high-potential urban assets, ideally located in the heart of the capital.
Hotel Idol will undergo a renovation and rebranding program by 2027, with the aim of strengthening its positioning and creating long-term value.
With this new addition, MADEHO now manages 14 hotels, including 5 located in Paris’ 8th arrondissement, representing a total of 248 rooms in this strategic district.
