ANTOINE ARVIS

DIRECTOR GENERAL

After a number of years spent in advertising working with major brands (Peugeot, SFR, Nike, Eurostar, BforBank, SNCF, Bouygues, Accor), Antoine Arvis joined the world of hospitality and created MADEHO, thus continuing the family hospitality adventure initiated by his grandfather in 1968 and his father in 1990.

SENIOR ADVISOR

Graduated from ESSEC in 1974, Jean Arvis developed the family hotel group from 1990. He became a director and then chairman of Best Western France in 1998. He founded the operator and investor Paris-Honotel in 2000, then co-founded the Honotel group in 2015, which he left in 2018 to join the MADEHO group, as Senior Advisror, on strategy and development. Jean Arvis is also a member of the Supervisory Board of ESSEC.

EMMANUEL GOUDOT

MARKETING & DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

From New York to Les Etangs de Corot hotel which he ran for 4 years, via the Alpe d’Huez and Saint Barthelemy, Emmanuel brings his luxury hotel expertise to MADEHO by managing the totality of the development projects.

MATTHIEU SIDERSKY

DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Passionate about the hotel industry from an early age, Matthieu went traveling then returned to France to obtain an MBA in hotel management at IMHI (ESSEC) while simultaneously working as Asset Manager in a Parisian hotel group. He joined MADEHO in early 2019 to strengthen the teams in the role of Development Manager.

ÉLISE DIDION

MARKETING OFFICER

Graduated in information and communication, Elise joins MADEHO as a marketing and sales assistant at the beginning of 2021 as part of her Master at ISCOM. In September 2021, she joins the team again to take up the position of Marketing Officer.

NICOLAS PERELLI

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Nicolas started his career at Louvre Hotels after obtaining his Hotel Management MBA where he worked in hotel management in England for 3 years. Upon his return to Paris, he joined Honotel in the role of Deputy Head of Operations after which he became Operations Director at MADEHO.

SOPHIE MEYER

ASSISTANT OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Graduated from IMHI (ESSEC) with an MBA in hotel management, Sophie worked for several years in the hotels and restaurants worldwide.She joined MADEHO in 2021 as Assistant Operations Director.

LOUISE COURONNE

HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE

Graduate with an MBA in Hotel Management, Louise worked as Management Controller in the financial department of Honotel in 2012. She took the position of Head of Administration and Finance at MADEHO in 2016.

AUDREY FIAMMA

HUMAN RESOURCES AND CSR DIRECTOR

With IAE Bordeaux human resources training, Audrey started her career at the Mandarin Oriental Group. After discovering the world of retail, she took a position in human resources at the Renaissance Hotel Paris Vendôme*****. She joined MADEHO in April 2020 as Human Resources & CSR Director.

LENA MALPART

LÉNA MALPART

HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT

Trained as a hotelier, Léna decided to specialise and continue her studies by joining a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Strengthened by her experience in the hotel industry, she joined MADEHO in September 2021 as an HR Assistant, on a work-study programme.

 

EMMANUEL KERRIEN

COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR

With a graduate education and a rich career in the hospitality sector both in France and in Great Britain, Emmanuel has also worked for some 4* and 5* Parisian hotels gaining valuable experience from a number of Independent hotels and Prestige groups such as the Four Seasons Hotels. Emmanuel took the post of Operations Director at the Etoile Saint-Honoré Hotel in 2017 and went on to join MADEHO in 2019 in the role of Commercial Director. 

GERALDINE DERRIEN MADEHO

GÉRALDINE DERRIEN

E-COMMERCE MANAGER

Graduated from the MBA Hospitality Management specialised in E-Marketing & Sales, at VATEL Brussels, Géraldine left Belgium to strengthen MADEHO's sales team, as E-Commerce Manager.
