After a number of years spent in advertising working with major brands (Peugeot, SFR, Nike, Eurostar, BforBank, SNCF, Bouygues, Accor), Antoine Arvis joined the world of hospitality and created MADEHO, thus continuing the family hospitality adventure initiated by his grandfather in 1968 and his father in 1990.
From New York to the Etangs de Corot hotel, which he managed for 4 years, via Alpe d'Huez and St Barth, Emmanuel brings to MADEHO his expertise in the luxury hospitality industry and the restaurant business on all projects.
As part of her degree at EMLyon business school, Clara joined Madeho to work as a Marketing Officer for her specialization in communication.
Graduated from the Penninghen School of Art Direction and passionate about photography, Salomé joined the MADEHO marketing team as Graphic Designer after two years of freelance work for major cosmetic brands.
Guilhem started his career in the hospitality industry at the age of 24 after studying Tourism Management. He took over the management and opening of hotels at Louvre Hôtels, Honotel and then Schroders. As an operations expert, Guilhem supports the hotel managers on a daily basis and coordinates the monitoring of operational projects and works.
Claire began her career in the hotel industry while completing a general business degree at NEOMA Business School. Claire developed a 360° experience in Operations, from Parisian palaces to youth hostels, through Accor and Pierre & Vacances. After 7 years abroad (Spain, USA, UK), Claire came back to France and joined Madeho in 2022 as Deputy Director of Operations.
Lucile holds a Master's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the International School of Savignac. After several internships in different hotel groups, including MADEHO in 2020, Lucile will join us in early 2022 as Operations Project Manager.
With IAE Bordeaux human resources training, Audrey started her career at the Mandarin Oriental Group. After discovering the world of retail, she took a position in human resources at the Renaissance Hotel Paris Vendôme*****. She joined MADEHO in April 2020 as Human Resources & CSR Director.
Trained as a hotelier, Léna decided to specialise and continue her studies by joining a Master's degree in Human Resources Management. Strengthened by her experience in the hotel industry, she joined MADEHO in September 2021 as an HR Assistant, on a work-study programme.
Partner of a multidisciplinary consulting group with 100 employees, Christian takes on the role of Administrative and Financial Director of the MADEHO group at its creation in 2016. With more than 15 years of experience in the hospitality sector, he is involved in the strategy and development of the MADEHO group.
With an MBA in hotel management, Louise worked as a management controller in the finance department of Honotel in 2012. She joined MADEHO as Head of Administration and Finance in 2016.
After obtaining a BTS in accounting and management, Myriam chose to continue her studies with a professional degree in management control. She joined Madeho in order to develop her knowledge of hospitality management.
With a graduate education and a rich career in the hospitality sector both in France and in Great Britain, Emmanuel has also worked for some 4* and 5* Parisian hotels gaining valuable experience from a number of Independent hotels and Prestige groups such as the Four Seasons Hotels. Emmanuel took the post of Operations Director at the Etoile Saint-Honoré Hotel in 2017 and went on to join MADEHO in 2019 in the role of Commercial Director.
Graduated from the MBA Hospitality Management of VATEL Brussels, Géraldine has chosen to pursue her hospitality career by specializing in Sales and E-Marketing after various operational experiences and a career abroad.
She joined MADEHO to reinforce the sales team as E-Commerce Manager.
